My friend Heide and I hosted a Holiday Shopping event on Sunday. we did it once a few years ago at her house and I sold one piece. So we decided to try it again. Above anything else, it was fun.
We sent out approximately 60 evites. It cut down on planning time and printing and mailing costs, but only 8 people came. We need a better turn out than that. I think we may have another one the first week of December. Maybe this one was too far in advance. We are also looking into pop up shops.
The good news is I sold one piece.
